Dieser Torpedo traf die Cumberland in der Mitte. Nach einer 25 hohen schwarzen, feurigen Rauchwolke, sank das Schiff. 4 Besatzungsmitglieder kamen ums Leben. Der Kapitän und 53 Besatzungsmitglieder landeten in ihren Rettungsbooten bei Moville (Irland). |
